Why it is restricted

“Climate protection” names a benefit without a quantity, a boundary or a baseline. Recital 9 lists exactly this family of wording as generic environmental claims.

Say this instead

Give the figure and its scope: “Scope 1–2 emissions down 31% versus 2019, verified by [auditor].”
