Why it is restricted

Two years is the statutory conformity guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771 across the EU. Presenting it as your offer suggests a benefit the buyer already has by law.

Say this instead

Advertise only the part that goes beyond it: "We cover this product for four years, two more than the law requires."
